Beijing BIT Clean EV Co., Ltd is founded by her five shareholders, which are BIT Century Technology Groups, Zhong-shan Fast Power Source Co., Ltd, Beijing Institute of Automobile, Beijing BIT Zhong-xing Techonlogy Co., Ltd and Guangzhou Sea-Sky Chang-xin Technology Co., Ltd. Her fundamental developing aims focus on Electric Vehicle key technology’s Research & Development, such as key parts, vehicle manufacture, testing, commercial applying and the corresponding policy, industrialization of the vehicle and its key parts. Now, she involves in pure electric bus program of National “863” Electric Vehicle Significant Project and the Beijing Municipal Electric Vehicle Specific Project of “Technological Olympics, Green Olympics” in 2008. Also she is in charge of the design and management of MIYUN Electric Vehicle Demonstration Areas, the construction and operation management of National Testing Center of Electric Vehicle Traction System. The headquarter of Beijing BIT Clean Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd is in BIT Science and Technology Building which is situated in No.5 Beijing Zhongguancun South Street. Her technology center - BIT EV Center of Engineering and Technology – is founded with Beijing Institute of Technology, which is a famous university in China. In this center, there are a strong electric vehicle technology team made up of professors, experts, doctors, masters and engineers with Dr. Feng-chun SUN as the chief scientist who is Cheung Kong Scholar of National Ministry of Education, overseas scholar, doctorial advisor and vice-president of BIT. Also there are many patents of electric vehicle’s key technology such as Thulium Permanent Magnetic Plus Series-excited Motor controller, Voltage-Balancing Charger of Li-ion Battery Pack, Electric Vehicle VF Air-conditioner, etc. The Manufacture Base, which is 8.4-are large, is situated in Beijing Miyun Hi-tech Developing Area. In the Manufacture Base, the workshop is about 40000 square meter, it consists of a national first-class Electric Vehicle Flexible Assembling Line, a Multi-function Testing Line，an Electric Motorcycle Assembling and Testing Line and a Specialized Electronic Assembly Line which produce the key electronic parts of electric vehicle such as controllers, chargers, DC-DC converters, energy management system and AC power sources. Under the leading of Ministry of Science & Technology and Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission，all of the industrialization and R&D technology which the shareholders posses are united to be a joint-stock unity including Government, Factory, University, Institute, Capital which is responsible for the technology developing, industrialization and commercializing of Electric Vehicle. Except such programs mentioned above，The workshop of Beijing BIT Clean EV Co., Ltd has the ability of yearly production of 500 electric buses, 1000 electric middle buses and 5000 electric vehicles of other kinds, 10000 electric motorcycles and batch production of key parts of electric vehicle.
